Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSMA6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSMA6 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PSMA6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSMA6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where PSMA6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
