Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,002 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRDC, PSMA5_S16, and KPNA2. Each is linked with PSMA5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA5-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMA5 versus NRDC in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
