Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,556 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSME2, COL1A1, and ARMH4. Each is linked with PSMA5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA5-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA5 results are reported.
