Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1213P, MIR544A, and MTND1P16. Each is linked with PSMA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA5-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA5 results are reported.
