Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIG-6. Each is linked with PSMA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA5-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA5 results are reported.
