Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,917 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5PB, GNAI3, and RAP1A. Each is linked with PSMA5 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA5-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMA5 versus ATP5PB in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
