Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,200 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMA5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protection from non-homologous end joining at telomere, Telomeric 3' overhang formation, and Zinc ion import into Golgi lumen. Each is linked with PSMA5 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA5-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protection from non-homologous end joining at telomere grouped by PSMA5-low versus PSMA5-high in BREAST.
