PSMA3P1

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSMA3P1 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of PSMA3P1’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where PSMA3P1 RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types PSMA3P1 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as READ and THCA show the opposite, repressed pattern.

READ, COAD, and THCA are the cancer types where PSMA3P1 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
