Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSMA3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSMA3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher PSMA3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSMA3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where PSMA3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
