Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,269 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA2P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal, Ribosome assembly, and Organelle transport along microtubule. Each is linked with PSMA2P2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA2P2-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA2P2 results are reported.
