Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,711 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMA2P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNS1_S681, RNF214_S47, and COMT_S267. Each is linked with PSMA2P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA2P1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA2P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMA2P1 versus TNS1_S681 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMA2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMA2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
