PSMA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,621 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C11orf58, ERCC2, and CKAP5. Each is linked with PSMA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMA1 versus C11orf58 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
