Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,223 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD3C, RN7SL191P, and EIF4E2P2. Each is linked with PSMA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD3C grouped by PSMA1-low versus PSMA1-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
