Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,472 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein histidyl modification to diphthamide, Peptidyl-histidine modification, and Translation reinitiation. Each is linked with PSMA1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMA1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMA1 results are reported.
