Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSKH2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSKH2 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PSKH2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSKH2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, LGG, and LIHC are the cancer types where PSKH2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
