PSKH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSKH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,181 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSKH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUTF2, CD38, and EDC4. Each is linked with PSKH1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSKH1-to-partner and partner-to-PSKH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSKH1 versus NUTF2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSKH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSKH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
