Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSKH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 829 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSKH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADNP, GLRA2, and RS1. Each is linked with PSKH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSKH1-to-partner and partner-to-PSKH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSKH1 versus ADNP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.88.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSKH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSKH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
