Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSKH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,242 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSKH1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vacuole organization, Vesicle uncoating, and Endosomal vesicle fusion. Each is linked with PSKH1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSKH1-to-partner and partner-to-PSKH1 results are reported.
