Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSKH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSKH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMY1A1, ACTRT2, and NKX2-6. Each is linked with PSKH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSKH1-to-partner and partner-to-PSKH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBMY1A1 grouped by PSKH1-low versus PSKH1-high in OVARY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSKH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSKH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
