Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSIP1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSIP1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PSIP1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSIP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and CCRCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where PSIP1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
