PSIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,618 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UHRF2, GATAD2B, and GTF3C4. Each is linked with PSIP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PSIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSIP1 versus UHRF2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
