Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,994 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNTLN, TXNDC16, and RCL1. Each is linked with PSIP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PSIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSIP1 versus CNTLN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
