Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,832 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP88, RNA5SP198, and RNA5SP139. Each is linked with PSIP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PSIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP88 grouped by PSIP1-low versus PSIP1-high in LUSC.
