Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin_VII, Shc_pY317, and ATM. Each is linked with PSIP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PSIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin_VII grouped by PSIP1-low versus PSIP1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
