PSIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10W1, OR2L8, and CD207. Each is linked with PSIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PSIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10W1 grouped by PSIP1-low versus PSIP1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
