Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSG6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSG6 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PSG6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSG6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
COAD, ACC, and LIHC are the cancer types where PSG6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
