Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSG6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSG6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Di-Ras3, GAPDH, and VHL. Each is linked with PSG6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG6-to-partner and partner-to-PSG6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Di-Ras3 grouped by PSG6-low versus PSG6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSG6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSG6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
