PSG6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSG6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSG6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TECRL, C3orf85, and XKR7. Each is linked with PSG6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG6-to-partner and partner-to-PSG6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TECRL grouped by PSG6-low versus PSG6-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSG6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSG6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
