PSG5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSG5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,910 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSG4, PSG9, and PSG1. Each is linked with PSG5 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG5-to-partner and partner-to-PSG5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
