PSG5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSG5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,189 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSG5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTP6, RAB11FIP5, and NIP7. Each is linked with PSG5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG5-to-partner and partner-to-PSG5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
