Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSG5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,130 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE2E, E2F1, and CENPA. Each is linked with PSG5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG5-to-partner and partner-to-PSG5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
