The most reproducible PSG4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of hydrolase activity, Basement membrane organization, and Negative regulation of coagulation. Each is linked with PSG4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG4-to-partner and partner-to-PSG4 results are reported.
