Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,514 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHRS11, CENPN, and RRM2. Each is linked with PSG4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG4-to-partner and partner-to-PSG4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DHRS11 grouped by PSG4-low versus PSG4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
