Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSG4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, ASNS, and PCNA. Each is linked with PSG4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG4-to-partner and partner-to-PSG4 results are reported.
