Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 819 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSG3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein catabolic process, Response to acid chemical, and Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport. Each is linked with PSG3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG3-to-partner and partner-to-PSG3 results are reported.
