PSG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, ACC1, and Ku80. Each is linked with PSG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG2-to-partner and partner-to-PSG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by PSG2-low versus PSG2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
