PSG10P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSG10P mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSG10P-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Mre11, and Tuberin. Each is linked with PSG10P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG10P-to-partner and partner-to-PSG10P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by PSG10P-low versus PSG10P-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSG10P→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSG10P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
