Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,600 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM44, NDUFC1, and TTK. Each is linked with PSG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG1-to-partner and partner-to-PSG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIMM44 grouped by PSG1-low versus PSG1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
