Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, Annexin-1, and Snail. Each is linked with PSG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSG1-to-partner and partner-to-PSG1 results are reported.
