Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSENEN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSENEN data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher PSENEN Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSENEN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV and SKCM are the cancer types where PSENEN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
