PSD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,419 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP2, ANTXR1, and ECM1. Each is linked with PSD3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSD3-to-partner and partner-to-PSD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSD3 versus MMP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
