PSD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,813 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEXI, MEG3, and RPL35P6. Each is linked with PSD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSD3-to-partner and partner-to-PSD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSD3 versus DEXI in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
