PSD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,727 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM136A, DNA2, and RN7SL134P. Each is linked with PSD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSD3-to-partner and partner-to-PSD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM136A grouped by PSD3-low versus PSD3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
