Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,609 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSD3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly, Positive regulation of intracellular transport, and Positive regulation of cell-matrix adhesion. Each is linked with PSD3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSD3-to-partner and partner-to-PSD3 results are reported.
