PSD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 535 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCAS2, UTP11, and LIN52. Each is linked with PSD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSD3-to-partner and partner-to-PSD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCAS2 grouped by PSD3-low versus PSD3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
