PSD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,976 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAI14_S335, DFFA, and DMWD_S495. Each is linked with PSD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSD2-to-partner and partner-to-PSD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSD2 versus RAI14_S335 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
