PSD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,567 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC7A11, SLC39A14, and GLRX3. Each is linked with PSD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSD2-to-partner and partner-to-PSD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSD2 versus SLC7A11 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
