PSD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,617 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAN, MTFP1, and UHRF1. Each is linked with PSD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSD2-to-partner and partner-to-PSD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAN grouped by PSD2-low versus PSD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
