Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,994 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transport along microtubule, Golgi vesicle transport, and MHC class I protein complex assembly. Each is linked with PSD2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSD2-to-partner and partner-to-PSD2 results are reported.
