PSD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 251 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2A7, GALP, and L3MBTL2. Each is linked with PSD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSD2-to-partner and partner-to-PSD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC2A7 grouped by PSD2-low versus PSD2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
